Hey there...

Hiyaaah! To those who care, I am definitely alive, kicking, and still a gamer at heart. Like anybody else, life has caught up with me so blogging about games took a backseat. But heck, what kind of gamer prefers blogging over playing, right? Anyhow, I would just like to let you know that I will no longer continue with some of the fanfics (Sims Freeplay and The Sims 4) that I was writing during the time that I started this blog. Shit happened and my current laptop can no longer accommodate the demands of the The Sims 4, thus, it is hard for me to finish Chiarascuro and Shadows and Curses without being able to the play the game itself. It kind of defeats the idea of writing these books when you can no longer play about them. So to cut the story short, I am terminating the two projects for now. I may or may not completely take it out of the drawing board. But who knows, right?

On a brighter note, my gaming life has been pretty much active as of late although I am more of a mobile phone gamer right now. I managed to reach the endgame of Stardew Valley and currently making my way through Idle Magic Academy and Tour of the Neverland. You prolly haven't heard about these two because they are not the top downloaded games on the Apple Store and Playstore, respectively, but I am greatly enjoying them. If I have time, I will probably write individual reviews for the three.

I am also looking forward to Concerned Ape's (the creator of Stardew Valley) upcoming new game, the Haunted Chocolatier, and Chucklefish's Witchbrook. As you can see, these are simulation-farming with a little magic games because I'm having this phase right now that if I can't play the Sims 4, I'd play those that are closest to it. Keeping my fingers crossed that these two will be launched this year. Pretty please.

Earlier in the year, I also started playing other games: Hogwarts a Mystery and Township and after a few weeks of playing, I decided that we have to part ways because the gameplay of both didn't just click with me. It's a good thing that so many mobile games are in existence today because it's easier to do trial and error.  You can read my short review of both in the Ratings section.

So that's all for my gaming chronicles up to this point. Play hard,  work less. Ciao!
